Jinny Jacobs - On a small strip of the Oregon coast where land meets sea is a garden created with attention to the natural environment and the elements of wind, salt spray, fog, rain and even heat. Jinny, who died last October, took careful note of the above forces of nature, but also liked to push the envelope with her plantings. In doing so, she found many surprises in various plants which thrived in the tough coastal environment.
